Joe Decker: Rock Slide Photography: Workshops, Classes and Coaching

Joe Decker: Rock Slide Photography: Workshops, Classes and Coaching

Join nationally-recognized professional nature photographer Joe Decker on this two-day photographic workshop. Saturday we'll meet at a location along the San Mateo County coast around noon, photographing all afternoon and through sunset at a variety of locations, with opportunities to photograph lighthouses, waves, shorelines, birds, and redwood forest. Joe's nature photography is a descendent of the West Coast school of landscape photography, showing influences by such artists as Galen Rowell and Frans Lanting. Color, often intensely (but still accurately) saturated, is often a forward element of his work, while composition is often used to signify deeper, more personal levels of the captured experience.
