This unique workshop is designed for the intermediate to advanced photographer wishing to immerse them self in the art of visual story telling through traditional photography and creative audio narrative. Under the guidance of master photographers, Debbie Fleming Caffery and Carlan Tapp. Debbie has chronicled the Louisiana sugar industry in her book entitled, Carry Me Home, published by the Smithsonian Press, 1990. A monograph of her work “The Shadows,” and “Polly” were published by Twin Palms Publishers. Radius Press is publishing her new book “The Spirit and The Flesh,” which will be published in the spring of 2009.Her photographs are included in numerous public collections including the Museum of Modern Art, The Whitney Museum of American Art, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Smithsonian Institute, and the Bibliotecque Nationale in Paris
