YOUNG PHOTOGRAPHERS UNITED YPU is an international photography-platform. YPU s mission is two-fold: for Young Photographers it is to support development of their international careers for our Clients we wish to provide professional photography service of the highest quality. Young Photographers United YPU was created in 2001 as a non-profit foundation with the aim of promoting young photographers. As an international platform, the organisation supports young blood flowing into the photography world. In every continent, our members strive to become leading professional photographers and express their vision of the world. They stand together as a group united by a common aim and show exceptional talent. The management team shares a commitment to quality and operates under an international outlook. Our headquarters are in Ghent; team members are also based in the UK, France, and Lithuania. The period between graduation and professional recognition is a time when many young photographers struggle and sometimes even give up. Not because they lack talent, but because it takes much more than that to succeed as a photographer. YPU provides essential expertise, management skills and a wide network of contacts to support them through this difficult period.
