Southwest Fine Art Photography by Bob Estrin

Southwest Fine Art Photography by Bob Estrin

Limited edition photography specializing in the Southwest Landscapes ghost towns gold mines and things of the past. Also landscape images of Utah Arizona and New Mexico. Two of my great passions in life are travel and photography. Though my photography I seek to document my own personal experiences. Photography is the medium of choice for my creative expression. I am still excited about the power and magic of photography and its ability to capture my own unique selective perception of the moment in a form that I can share with others. I grew up in a Northwest suburb of Chicago and became fascinated with photography at an early age. This led to my first 35mm camera purchase in 1971 for a high school photography class. This eventually progressed to my receiving my Bachelor of Arts degree in professional photography from Southern Illinois University. In 1999, I moved to Gilbert, Arizona. With the beauty of the Southwest all around me, I have recaptured my passion for photography. It is my goal as artist and photographer to encourage this closer examination of ordinary things by presenting them in unusual context. While my photographic subjects vary widely, I find myself repeatedly drawn to landscapes and objects from the past such as ghost towns as well as the influence of man on both of these. A fine photograph is not only the creation of the original camera exposure, but also the result of significant technical and aesthetic consideration while making the final print. This...

Anthony Flamio Landscape Photography - Lambertville, New Jersey, USA

Anthony Flamio Landscape Photography - Lambertville, New Jersey, USA

Photography by contemporary photographer Anthony Flamio. Anthony's love for outdoor recreation is a perfect compliment to his passion for photography. With a fishing rod in hand and a camera around his neck he is in a happy and comfortable place. Whether hiking along a mountain stream or laying down footprints on a sandy beach, there seems to always be an interesting subject that inspires his creative interpretation. Bicycling, camping and snowshoeing have been great opportunities for him to connect with nature and capture this beauty through his photos. He finds that shooting photos while engaging in recreational activities have both a calming and stimulating effect on him. This love and passion for nature clearly shine through in his images. Through my photos I strive to capture, interpret and share some of these visions and emotional experiences while I navigate through life. More than anything or anywhere else, I am truly in my element while I am hiking along a stream with a fishing rod in hand, a camera around my neck and the sounds of nature's flawless performance in the background. From the Catskill Mountains of New York to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, it truly is a beautiful world.

Steve Hoffmann's Nature and Landscape Photography - USA

Steve Hoffmann's Nature and Landscape Photography - USA

Photographs of landscapes zoo animals macro photographs of insects and flowers photography and digital imaging information. The world is a beautiful place and filled with natural wonders both alive and inanimate. However, life in our world for both the human race and our creature friends can have some seemingly cruel and harsh aspects too. One of the things I have always enjoyed about photography is the ability to ‘freeze in time’ a little window of something beautiful, interesting or thought provoking. A good photograph should stimulate the viewer’s mind and imagination. If you feel an emotional response of any kind to even one of my photographs, I have succeeded as a photographer. On a personal level my photographs are 'memory joggers' for many different events and adventures. The photo gallery section is my online stock photo gallery. You can buy enlargements of these photos or you can purchase these photos as high resolution digital images delivered on a CD. Digital images can also be made available for download using your web browser or by using FTP software.
