DANIEL COUTTOLENC | Mexican Artistic Photographer with limited edition prints in Mexico abstract urban modern black & white. Due to my passion for architecture, design and arts I studied industrial design at the Iberoamericana University, Mexico City. At the end of my first photograph class, I knew that it will be a part of my life and since then I started doing photography, in part self-taught and taking courses.The theme of my work focuses on my country, Mexico, in the richness of its colors, forms and textures that reveals the face of a bright, vibrant and diverse country. I define myself as a “street photographer”, I travel across neighborhoods, streets and markets of towns and cities, in search of fragments, corners or panoramas with which I can have a dialog.Photography is the way I free my mind, myself and the way I communicate with the world. --- Debido a mi pasión por la arquitectura el diseño y las artes estudie diseño industrial en la Universidad Iberoamericana, ciudad de México. Al término de mi primera clase de fotografía mientras estudiaba la carrera supe que seria parte de mi vida y desde entonces empecé a hacer fotografía, en parte de manera autodidacta y complementándola con cursos.El tema de mi trabajo se centra en mi país México, en la riqueza de sus colores, formas y texturas que muestran la cara de una tierra alegre, vibrante y diversa. Me defino como “fotógrafo de calle”, recorro barrios, colonias, calles y mercados de ciudades y pueblos en busca de fragmentos, rincones o panoramas con los que pueda tener un dialogo. Para mi la fotografía es la forma de descargar lo que pasa por mi mente, es una forma de liberarme y comunicarme con el mundo.

Cosas quedan atrás y solo el paso del tiempo nos hace mas fuertes y cuando creemos estar saliendo nos damos cuenta que estamos apunto de entrar en algo más complejo es por esto que nos desgastamos producto de múltiples cambios. Nada es seguro y el tiempo es lo único que no nos sobra. Es por esto que lo único que tenemos es esto un engendro bastardo producto del tiempo y lo que un día pensamos que iba a ser el futuro. {nup}
