The Website dedicated to creative photography infrared photography and lith-technique. Publishing company edition photophil. --- Portfolios meiner Arbeiten sind bereits in mehreren Fotomagazinen erschienen und 1995 habe ich in meinem Verlag editionphoto.de unter dem Titel INFRAROT meinen ersten Bildband mit schwarzweißen Infrarotfotografien veröffentlicht. Drei Jahre später erschien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem bekannten deutschen Lyriker Johannes Kühn der Kunstband HAB EIN AUGE MIT MIR mit SW-Fotografien und Gedichten. Ich bin Mitglied im Deutschen Verband für Fotografie DVF , im Weltverband F d ration Internationale de l Art Photographique FIAP und in der europäischen Fotogruppe Groupe Europ en de Photographes GEPHO . Als Anerkennung für meine Erfolge bei nationalen und internationalen Fotoausstellungen wurde mir 1996 die Auszeichnung Artiste de la F d ration Internationale de l Art Photographique AFIAP und im Jahr 2000 der Titel Excellence FIAP EFIAP verliehen. Neben Veröffentlichungen in den den Zeitschriften PHOTOGRAPHIE und SCHWARZWEISS waren meine größten Erfolge bisher der Gewinn des ersten Preises und der Goldmedaille beim bundesweiten Leserwettbewerb der deutschen Tageszeitungen BLENDE 98, sowie der Hauptpreis der Gesellschaft für Fotografie, Berlin GfF , beim 7. Deutschen Fotowettbewerb 100 Bilder des Jahres 2001 . Nachdem ich zwischenzeitlich meine Negative zur digitalen Weiterverarbeitung gescannt habe, arbeite ich nun vermehrt von der Aufnahme bis zum fertigen Print in einem digitalen Workflow. Im Januar 2007 erschien ein 6-seitiges Portfolio meiner neuesten Infrarot-Arbeiten in der tschechischen Fotozeitschrift PHOTOART in Prag.

Rather than reading a biography, look through the galleries to find his interests! - Infrared Photography This gallery shows a selection of Mike s monochrome infrared photography. He finds the different tonal scales given by infrared film interesting. The photographs here were taken using the Konica 750 film unfortunately no longer available , which gives a different effect from the more commonly used Kodak equivalent. Mike is currently trying out the new Rollei infrared film, which has characteristics between those two.

Originally growing up in Illinois, Kent studied art & photography at the Art Institute of Chicago and he earned a Bachelor s of Fine Arts Degree from the Columbus College of Art & Design in Columbus, Ohio. Kent is the owner and creative director for Blue Sky Graphic Communication, Inc., a full-service advertising and graphic design firm based in Ocala, Florida. Blue Sky Graphic s clients span the nation and it is here where Kent continues to refine his photography skills through the production of various commercial projects ranging many different subject matter. Besides running his business, Kent enjoys photographing nature and wildlife - capturing images in his backyard of Florida, as well as many other locations around the United States and abroad. In particular, Kent has developed a style of panoramic landscapes which uses an infrared black and white technique that captures his creativity. Diane Syme Photography - Dreaming in Daylight

Diane Syme is a Minneapolis artist who specializes in black & white infrared images. My subject matter celebrates the joy of parks and recreational areas, she says. I like to include people interacting with open spaces. In the last few years, her work has been shown and won awards at the Edina Art Center, the Edina Art Fair, the Minnesota State Fair, Hopkins Center for the Arts 2002 Members Exhibit, and at a 1999 invitational retrospective at Macalester College. She has collected competition awards for some 35 years, and is active in the Twin City photographic community. Her corporate installations include Alliance Capital Management , Ridgedale Medical Center, and Blue Cross of Minnesota.
