Horst Faas verstorben
Der deutsche Fotograf und zweifache Pulitzerpreisträger Horst Faas ist tot. Er starb am gestrigen Donnerstag, 10. Mai 2012, im Alter von 79 Jahren in München. Berühmt wurde Horst Faas vor allem durch seine Fotos aus dem Vietnamkrieg, den er von 1962 bis 1974 begleitete. Für seine Arbeit wurde er mehrfach ausgezeichnet, u.a. mit zwei Pulitzer Preisen, der Robert Capa Gold Medal, dem Robert Capa Award und zuletzt dem Erich Salomon Preis der DGPh.
Horst Faas arbeitete über 50 Jahre für die Nachrichtenagentur AP - sowohl als Fotograf als auch als Bildredakteur.

Vietnam Wedding Photography: Hanoi based, photojournalist style wedding photographers.
VW Photo are Julian Wainwright, a Canadian photojournalist based in Hanoi for 6 years, and award winning UK photographer Aidan Dockery who has been working in Hanoi for 5 years. Julian is one of only two foreign photographers with official press accreditation in Vietnam, currently working with EPA. He photographed his first wedding in Hanoi back in 2001 and has covered many since. Aidan worked as an editorial photographer in the UK before settling in Hanoi. He carries out a variety of photographic assignments including wedding, editorial, corporate, travel and events photography. Every wedding is unique and therefore we do not offer a set pricing.
