Photography by contemporary photographer Bernie Peace..... In my photo collages I typically combine teo, but sometimes three similar but slightly different photographs. These two or three photographs are cut into thin strips approximately one-eight inch wide with a steel straight-edge and knife. These strips are assembled into final composition by adhering them alternately from one photograph to the other(s). It is always my hope and expectation that the resulting image will be more original, exciting and interesting than the individual photographs.
