Born in Oporto, very soon he showed interest for the art of Photography. Starting at the age of seventeen with his grandfather s camera, an old Zeiss Ikonta 6x6, that he still keeps as souvenir. In all these years he tried to collect moments, emotions and share states of mind. Photography became his expression form. A lover of the beautifull side of life, he shows to the others the world through his eyes. - Nascido na cidade do Porto, cedo se interessou pela fotografia. Iniciou-se aos 17 anos, com uma m quina do avo, uma Zeiss Ikonta 6x6, que ainda guarda como recordacao. Ao longo dos anos tentou reter momentos, emocoes e partilhar estados de alma. A fotografia tornou-se uma forma de expressao. Apreciador do lado belo da vida, tenta mostrar aos outros, coisas atrav s dos seus olhos.

Nuno Luís lives near Lisbon, the Portuguese capital. His interest for photography began at an early age but only in 2003 he bought his first DSLR camera. Passionate for his home country, he could not escape from capturing all the beauty of his surroundings.Through his camera, the photographer captures all the drama and beauty that nature has to offer in its most savage state. His magnificent eye for seizing single moments that only nature can offer along with a constant urge for improving his technique has enabled the artist to participate in several individual and group exhibitions, publish his photos in both national and international journals and sell images to multiple clients around the world. In 2007 he created the project FOTONATURE with Pedro Bento, a fellow photographer, and both have been involved in conducting workshops concerning landscape photography, in Portugal.
