Gabriele added the passion for photography to the already inborn one for painting.He therefore decided to attend the Istituto Italiano di Fotografia in Milan where he obtained his final diploma with maximum marks.He has worked for the DeStefanis laboratory in Milan. The International Institute for Mesopotamian Area Studies, the 1998 Camel Trophy, Cefa (Elbasan mission, Albania ) and various tourist-geographic articles.He conceived the “ Guernica 2000” project, a re-interpretation of the famous painting by Pablo Picasso in photographic technique, in collaboration with the Istituto Italiano di Fotografia,Agfa s.p.a., Alitalia, Istituto Italiana di Cultura, Roberto Mutti. In the meantime, he also devoted himself to reporting.

Desidero ringraziare le persone che in qualche modo hanno e stanno contribuendo alla mia crescita fotografica, prima fra tutti mia moglie Laura che pazienta e mi sostiene, Adriano Boscato compagno di tante uscite fotografiche Nazzareno Berton, Sergio Carlesso e Gianluca Moret per i lori consigli. Nelle pagine di questo sito potete osservare alcuni lavori che ben rappresentano il mio modo di concepire la fotografia. Da qualche anno sono un fotoamatore impegnato, utilizzo attrezzatura digitale prediligendo soggetti naturalistici e i paesaggi del territorio che circonda Bassano del Grappa, paese in cui abito. Credo fermamente nell’autenticità delle immagini, di conseguenza evito l’elaborazione pesante durante lo sviluppo in camera chiara, limitandomi a semplici operazioni di bilanciamento dei colori. Luci, colori e stati d’animo sono i fattori che cerco di trasmettere all’osservatore, presto molta attenzione all’aspetto estetico di ogni foto, concentrandomi ad ogni scatto su composizione e originalità dell’immagine.

E' anche vero che uno dei generi fotografici che prediligo è la ritrattistica.Con occhio particolare al glamour ed al nudo artistico.Trovo stimolante poter lavorare con donne e modelle e cercare di esaltare fascino e sensualità senza scadere nelle foto volgari o di cattivo gusto.Tuttavia la mia esperienza fotografica non si ferma a "donnine discinte".Cerco di spaziare e pratico molti altri generi.Invece quando guardo le statistiche del mio sito non posso che sorridere.Le visite si fermano alle sezioni Glamour & Nudes e Beauty & Fashion.Se qulcuno osasse di più scoprirebbe magari che ....
