InfraClass Energie 4 der KGAL investiert wieder in Solarenergie aus Spanien
Mit dem InfraClass Energie 4 bietet die KGAL (KG Allgemeine Leasing GmbH & Co.) privaten Investoren wieder die Möglichkeit, von den Chancen der nachhaltigen Stromerzeugung aus Solarenergie zu profitieren. Investiert wird in zwei Photovoltaikanlagen mit je 5 MW Nominalleistung in der sonnenreichen Region Castilla La Mancha. Die Vergütung ist bei beiden Anlagen durch die in Spanien geltende Vergütungsregelung für erneuerbare Energien sichergestellt. Erfahrener Partner in diesem Fonds ist erneut die Phoenix Solar AG. Die Zeichnung ist interessierten Investoren ab voraussichtlich Ende November möglich.

Der P-Faktor, oder lasst sie doch zuschauen
Schon vor Jahren stand er in der Beliebtheit an der Spitze aller Statistiken von Suchmaschinen, die damals noch gar nicht Google hießen. Es ist nicht anzunehmen, dass sich diese Bevorzugung seit dem geändert hätte. Nichts kann ihn aus der ewig gültigen Bestseller-Liste des Internets verdrängen: Weder Börsennachrichten (nicht mal in Zeiten des allgemeinen, weltweiten Wehklagens), noch das Wetter, keine Gesundheitstipps oder Gebrauchtwagen-Märkte, ja noch nicht einmal der Fußball können seine marktführende Stellung gefährden. Der P-Faktor ist der All-Time-Winner-Takes-It-All weltweit.

Brian Roden was awarded the designation of 2007 Photographer of the Year - Bronze Level by Professional Photographers of America. All four of his entries in the International Print Competition were deemed merit images. Having all four entries merit, or getting 4 for 4 , as PPA members refer to it, is an achievement reached by only 238 photographers in 2007, out of thousands of entrants. Brian s four entries are shown above. Brian Roden has been photographing landscapes and wildlife since 1990, and has provided portrait and wedding services since 1995. He is a member of Professional Photographers of America, and currently servers as Executive Director of the Arkansas Professional Photographers Association and treasurer of the Delta School of Professional Photography. Brian has traveled extensively, with trips to Europe, southeast Asia, and Latin America under his belt. Pictures from Brian s foreign trips are in the Fine Art gallery. Brian s wife, Diana, a native of Mexico, serves as his assistant during portrait sessions, helping to arrange poses and keeping the children in position. She also handles the majority of the marketing and coordination for our Hispanic clients.

The camera, on the other hand, has the unique ability to record a moment and give you an image that you can observe, study, and pause over for as long as you want.
