My photographs explore the visual language of the urban landscape at night, with particular focus on the inversions brought about by the nighttime image. Light, shadow, and negative space become subject rather than subtext; mundane forms such as fences, signs, and industrial artifacts are elevated in significance to the level of more iconic city imagery of skylines and skyscrapers.
