The Portland Photographic Society in Portland Oregon welcomes digital and film photographers of all levels to join us in friendly competitions educational programs and field trips through the Pacific Northwest. Portland Photographic Society provides photographers with an opportunity to improve their skills and share their knowledge with others. Photographers of all levels participate in PPS competitions, field trips, and educational programs. We welcome visitors and new members....PPS meets the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Mondays of each month from September through May. Meetings are held at 7:30 pm at the All Saints Episcopal Church 4033 SE Woodstock Blvd. Portland, OR 97202.

The 3D Center of Art and Photography, a non-profit museum/gallery, features the best in antique and contemporary 3D imagery. The Center houses everything from antique stereocards to View Master, contemporary 3D photography, lenticulars, anaglyphs, and computer generated 3D art.For 160 years, the world of 3D imagery has been diverse and exciting. Display cases allow visitors to see vintage 3D cameras, projectors and viewing devices as well as the most up to date 3D cameras on the market today. Information panels follow the history and development of 3D photography from its early use to chronicle the American Civil War to its current use in the Space Program.Each month different featured artists provide a glimpse into the contemporary world of 3D. Original contemporary art may be viewed and purchased. Daily 3D slideshows allow the visitor to slip into the amazing world of depth.Interactive displays explain how we are able to see depth and create a 3D image on a flat surface. Stereocards like those that entertained our grandparents are available for viewing, and only a few steps away a computer station allows visitors to see another modern approach to seeing in 3D.

The Yamhill Valley Camera Club provides excellent opportunities for local photographers through monthly meetings, competitions, and field trips. We welcome photographers of all levels of expertise, from the beginner to the seasoned professional. Our camera club hosts a monthly competition based on two levels: A local club competition, and an interclub competition under the auspices of the Columbia Council of Camera Clubs (4Cs). Photographs are scored on a nine point system and the images receiving the highest scores locally are automatically entered in the monthly 4Cs competition.There are several benefits of becoming a member. Our members are friends and we have a great time when we are together. Of course, we all have the common interest of photography and learn a great deal from each other. Anyone can join. The level of your photographic experience makes no difference. From beginner to expert, and everything in between, we can all learn from each other.

We're a diverse group of photographers on the southern Oregon coast (primarily in the Coos Bay, North Bend, Coquille, Bandon & Myrtle Point areas); with skill ranges from professional to novice, traditional film to digital, wet darkroom to commercial mini-lab users to inkjet desktops.

Southern Oregon Photographic Association camera club located in Medford Oregon. The gathering place for Rogue Valley amateur photographers since 1961. Meetings are open to the public and all skill levels are invited. All that is needed to join is an interest in photography. We have Black & White and Color Print Divisions as well as a Projected Image Division ( Digital Images). Digital photography is active and growing.

The CSC in Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public corporation devoted to all aspects of stereo photography. The CSC is a forum where one can share ideas and learn new techniques from fellow stereoscopic enthusiasts. The Cascade Stereoscopic Club is made up of people who are enthusiastic about one or more aspects of stereoscopic 3D photography or video. The club was formed in February of 1994 and has met monthly since then in locations that have changed over the years in the Portland area. Locations have included OMSI, the offices of XYZYX, and a couple places in Beaverton. The club now meets at the 3D Center for Art and Photography about halfway between the Nob Hill and Pearl Districts in Portland. The 3D Center was given birth by the Cascade Stereoscopic Club (CSC) but has over the years taken on a life of its own.

Founded in 1961, EPS has been serving photographers in Lane County, regon for over forty years. We are a member of Columbia Council of Camera Clubs. Members can participate in: Monthly Print, and Digital Competitions, Nature, People, Abstract/Experimental Pictorial, Group Expeditions such as Night Photography & Nature Expeditions, Seminars and Guest Speakers, Tours of Photography-Related Businesses (Custom processors, studios, ...) Informative Newsletter With Photography Tips and Events, Member Exhibits and Photo Shows in the Eugene-Springfield area, Annual Awards Banquet, Awards and Recognition for the Best Images of the Year. Traditionally, the club has held an annual picnic shoot and a dinner meeting for presentation of annual awards. A variety of educational activities have been enjoyed by members, guests, and visitors from the community for many years. In November 1997, Emerald Photographic Society first appeared on the Internet. In the first week it was one page describing the club and meeting times. In 2000, EPS got its own Internet name, www.emeraldphotographic.org . After many years of being dominated by color slide competition, the club now is more actively involved in prints with large showings in the monthly print competitions. Print exhibits also took off in the year 2000 and 2001 with four exhibits in a 7-month period. In 2007, the club added a well-attended digital competition to the regular monthly slide and print competitions.
