Florida Redbelly Turtle (Aquarium Photo)
The Florida redbelly turtle is mainly herbivorous, and can be found in nearly any type of aquatic habitat. It reaches particularly high densities in spring runs, and occasionally can be found in brackish water. This species is active year-round and spends a large portion of the day basking on logs. They are noted for sometimes laying their eggs in the nest mounds of alligators.

Tampa Bay Camera Club is a group of photographers in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Our club members consist of enthusiasts of all types of photography, from portraits to contemporary, as well as all levels of photographic expertise. What all members have in common is a love of photography, a willingness to share knowledge, and a desire to learn more about photography from others.

The Spring Hill Camera Club meets on the second and fourth Monday of every month except December. The first meeting of the month is a business meeting followed by a photography related program. The second meeting is a monthly competition featuring color prints, color slides, and monochrome prints. If the meeting date falls on a holiday that meeting is skipped. We meet at 7:00 PM at the Enrichment Center which is located in the northwest corner behind the Oak Hill Hospital on route 50.
