WORK AND SPECIALITIES I am able to offer a long and tedious list of impressive clients guaranteed to send the most diligent art buyer to sleep. I consider my best achievement however to be my unfailing enthusiasm stimulated by the diversity of my work. I have always been competitive and enjoyed a challenge. My passion for solving problems, creating illusions and making effects special has provided me with regular flow of interesting commissions ranging from macro still life to location car shoots. Still life, action, liquids, drinks and physical artistry seem to keep me busy most of the time. I still get a terrific buzz from bringing all the facets of a production together. I enjoy the support of an experienced and loyal team of assistants, model makers, artists, stylists, producers and retouchers. I frequently set aside time for my own personal projects and experimentation. Appreciating that I am incredibly fortunate to have evolved my profession from a hobby, photography and production has never really felt like work. Depending on the subject, I currently shoot on a Lihof studio view camera and Hasselblad medium format, both which employ 22MP Back. Finished files are processed up to 127Mb and can be delivered digitally on CD or uploaded onto a FTP server. Final files are supplied in RGB CMYK if specifically requested together with calibrated colour prints. Although I have adapted easily to shooting digitally I still enjoy shooting film on occasions when it is more appropriate. The Church Hall also accommodates two retouching suites operated by Jean Michel www.jeanmichel.co.uk and Andrew Pickett at The Digital Eye .
