WildPicture: Wildlife and Nature Photography by Hans Martens

The reason that I have put these pages on the web, is that I would like other people to benifit from my photographic experiences. A lot of this information will still be about equipment, the hardware. But keep in mind, that even though a certain amount of hardware might be necessary to make a picture, still, just as it is the writer and not his pen who writes the novel, it is the photographer and not his camera who writes with light. Wildlife photography starts with a great passion for nature. Any decent wildlife photographer loves the beauty of nature. This is what he will try to capture in his photos. A beauty that he has witnessed and wants protect and to share with others.
