Shai Ginott, a biologist by training, began her photographic career as a fine arts and landscape photographer at the Israel Nature Reserve Authority, where she was the Director of Photography. Her photographs have appeared extensively in newspapers, periodicals, calendars and books, including the bestseller Echoes Of A Landscape , which won the Gold Prize at the Jerusalem International Book Fair; A Place In The Heart, Jerusalem , Israel Das Heilige Land , and Spiritual Landscape . Shai Ginott teaches and leads various photography workshops and is a guest lecturer worldwide. Her photographs have been exhibited in Israel and abroad, including exhibitions at the Barbican Centre in London, the Olympus gallery in Tokyo, Europe Design Center in Rome, and the Photography and Design Center in Venezuela.
