Scottish Landscapes Photography

Scottish Landscapes is a digital photography company, run by husband and wife team Louise and Douglas McGilviray. We are based in central Scotland and it is our aim to capture the ever changing light and colours of the lochs, glens and mountains. We travel to many different places and at various different times to try to capture the magic of Scotland. Our digital photography has evolved over the last 40 years from our first Yashica 35mm SLR camera, then moving into the digital age with a 2 mega pixel Nikon and then right through to today where much of our work is taken by the Nikon D2X. These camera changes have been made, in order to do justice to Scotland s vast ranges of colours and moods. We are constantly adding different categories and sub categories to the site in an effort to give a broad range of views and compositions.
