This website provides a glimpse of some of the many photographs taken over the years by me in and around the Lake District, Cumbria s Solway Coast and the wonderful Scottish Highlands and Islands. Sadly, these photographs are no longer available to buy, but I hope you will enjoy perusing the website. The Lake District is rightly renowned as an area of outstanding natural beauty. With its mountains and lakes which have inspired poets and artists alike down the years, it cannot fail to impress. New visitors to the region are often stunned by the splendid scenery, and many people choose to return time and again, experiencing the different moods and changing seasons. The Solway Coast is not widely known outside Cumbria, but is a wonderfully varied area with its ports, villages and the views of the Solway. The Scottish Highlands need little introduction. The mountain scenery in Scotland is arguably unsurpassed and always inspires. I treat the subject of landscape photography and the presentation of my work as both an art and a craft.
