Crealdé School of Art - this successful not-for-profit community arts center offers a year-round curriculum of more than 80 affordable classes in painting, drawing, sculpture, photography and ceramics for adults and children. Its faculty is comprised of more than 40 professional working artists who teach beginning, intermediate and advanced classes. Facilities include a professional dark room, ceramics studio, foundry, two galleries and sculpture garden. Crealdé's mission is to stimulate the creative process inherent in each individual through hands-on education in the visual arts and to cultivate a lifelong aesthetic appreciation. This mission is realized through comprehensive studio art instruction and interaction with professional working artists; presentation of gallery exhibitions and lectures; related art activities that stimulate art exploration and specialization including an extensive outreach program that services at-risk minority youth, individuals with disabilities and seniors; and fostering cultural diversity and understanding of pluralism and preservation of our cultural heritage.

Landscape photos nature travel photographs fine art gallery and digital photography by professional photographer Thierry Huet Wanaka New Zealand. Thierry Huet Picturesque landscape & art photography, photographic library Born in Paris, France in 1960, I received an artistic education and was influenced and inspired by family members. Since I was a child, I have always loved the arts, the outdoors and traveling, so landscape photography really appealed. In 1985, I attended Art school in Gothenburg, Sweden, where I studied painting and photography for a year and put on exhibitions. During my travels, I always tried to capture on film my own postcard of the place, and after, often organized public slide shows, a great way to share my experiences. I moved permanently to Wanaka ,New Zealand in 1993 and spent 10 years in the tourism industry working as a ski instructor in the winter and running my own white-water sledging business Frogz Have More Fun in the summer. In 2002, I sold that business and felt the time had come for me to become a professional photographer. I am a member of PSNZ and have been selling my own landscape postcards through retailers in the South Island since 1995. I am also currently selling Lake Wanaka A5 calendars and desk calendars with a wooden stand, framed and mounted photographs, or CDs with digital images.
