A beautiful day outside, but the roads and pavements are covered in clear water ice, it rained overnight then froze hard - so I am sitting in front of my PC, I must not fall!!!!
Browsing, I came across this image from 1996 which I had almost discarded as I had "chopped off" the top of the mountain when I took the shot. Following advice given to me by members of PP I decided to try to recover it, so using Elements, I gave the mountain its summit again!

Der Fotolehrgang im Internet - 2000.17 Fotoworkshop Fotokurs
Ein Online Fotolehrgang für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene. Woher kommt der Lehrgang? Während meiner Zeit als Lehrer für Fotografie an verschiedenen Volkshochschulen habe ich viele Menschen kennen gelernt, die an der Fotografie interessiert waren, aber Schwierigkeiten in der Umsetzung ihrer Ideen hatten. So nach und nach lernte ich durch diese Situationen, den unterschiedlichsten Leuten bei der Lösung dieser Probleme zu helfen. Das so erworbene Wissen habe ich seit 1996 genutzt, um hier für alle Interessierten einen Fotolehrgang aufzubauen, der das Fotografieren von der Pike auf erlernbar macht. Dabei wollte ich sowohl die technische als auch die gestalterische Seite der Fotografie berücksichtigen.

SCUBA DIVERS LA SIR NE - Tauchbasis, Diving Centre - Nuweiba - South Sinai Egypt
Natürlich bieten wir Ihnen neben dem Tauchen auch noch weitere Aktivitäten. So organisieren wir nach Ihren Wünschen Ausflüge zum berühmten Katharinenkloster. Seit Dezember 1996 gibt es die Tauchbasis direkt am Hotel La Sir ne gelegen, aufgebaut wurde sie von dem Franken Simon Appel. Der erfahrene Tauchlehrer leitet die Basis bis zum heutigen Tag. Hotel und Tauchbasis liegen direkt am Hotelstrand. Bis zum Wasser sind es gerade einmal 30m und dann nur noch wenige Flossenschläge bis zum Hausriff La Sir ne. Das Hausriff bietet einen einmaligen Querschnitt durch die Unterwasserwelt des Roten Meeres. Ein Spitzenplatz also unmittelbar vor der Basis gelegen. Zahlreiche Korallenbänke schaffen hier fast ein Labyrinth, in dem sich Steinfische, Drachenköpfe, Muränen und vor allem Rotfeuerfische in allen Größen und Farben tummeln. Getaucht wird in kleinen Gruppen vom maximal 7 Tauchern direkt vom Strand aus; die nahe gelegenen Tauchplätze von Nuweiba werden mit dem Jeep angefahren.
